What you are buying

Jy koop 'n kode wat een volle rondte van 28 dae in die 28 dae Dieet Plan App oopmaak. Jy koop nie die eetplan nie: die 28 Dae Eetplan is 'n gratis gemeenskapsplan, dit bly gratis, en niemand mag jou daarvoor laat betaal nie. Wat jy betaal vir, is die dagboek — die aftikkery, die foto's, die water en stappe, die weeg-en-meet, die inkopielys en jou grafiek.

You are buying a code that unlocks one full 28-day round in the 28 dae Dieet Plan App. You are not buying the eating plan: the 28 Dae Eetplan is a free community plan, it stays free, and nobody may charge you for it. What you pay for is the diary — the ticking off, the photos, the water and steps, the weigh-and-measure, the shopping list and your chart.

R199 for one round of 28 days. It is not a monthly subscription. Nothing ever comes off your account again automatically. If you want to do a second round, you buy a new code.

Die kode word per e-pos gestuur na die adres wat jy ingetik het, sodra Payfast die betaling bevestig — gewoonlik binne sekondes. Kyk ook in jou gemorspos. Het hy binne 'n uur nie opgedaag nie, stuur vir ons 'n e-pos by 28daedieetapp@gmail.com met die adres waarmee jy betaal het, dan stuur ons hom weer. Dit kos niks.

The code is emailed to the address you entered as soon as Payfast confirms the payment — usually within seconds. Check your junk mail too. If it has not arrived within an hour, email us at 28daedieetapp@gmail.com with the address you paid with and we will send it again. There is no charge for that.

Refunds

Ons betaal terug — of stuur 'n nuwe kode, wat jy ook al verkies — as die app nie werk nie: 'n kode wat nie oopmaak nie, of 'n dubbele betaling. Sodra 'n kode 'n rondte oopgemaak het, is daar nie 'n terugbetaling nie, ook nie vir "ek het van plan verander" of "ek het nie die resultaat gekry nie" nie.

We refund — or send a new code, whichever you prefer — if the app does not work: a code that will not unlock, or a double payment. Once a code has unlocked a round there is no refund, including for "I changed my mind" or "I did not get the result".

Jou foon, jou data

Your phone, your data

Alles wat jy in die app intik lê op jou eie foon. Ons het geen kopie nie. Verloor jy die foon of vee jy die blaaier se data uit, kan ons jou dagboek nie terugkry nie — ons het dit nooit gehad nie. Die app vra jou daarom gereeld om 'n kopie te stoor. 'n Verlore foon gee jou nie outomaties 'n gratis nuwe kode nie.

Everything you type into the app lives on your own phone. We hold no copy. If you lose the phone or clear your browser data, we cannot recover your diary — we never had it. That is why the app keeps asking you to save a copy. A lost phone does not automatically get a free replacement code.

What the app is not

Die app is 'n dagboek. Dit is nie mediese advies nie, dit diagnoseer of behandel niks nie, en dit belowe geen gewigsverlies nie — nie in 28 dae nie en nie ooit nie. Praat met jou dokter voor jy 'n dieet begin as jy enige gesondheidstoestand het, swanger is of borsvoed.

The app is a diary. It is not medical advice, it diagnoses and treats nothing, and it promises no weight loss — not in 28 days, not ever. Speak to your doctor before starting any diet if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are breastfeeding.

Verwysings

Referrals

Tik jy iemand se verwysingsnommer in, kry sy R50 vir daardie verkoop. Dit kos jou niks — die prys bly R199. Verwysers word een keer per maand betaal, op die 5de, met 'n minimum van R300 wat oorrol as jy nog nie daar is nie. Niemand betaal ooit iets om 'n verwyser te word nie.

If you type in someone's referral number, she gets R50 for that sale. It costs you nothing — the price stays R199. Referrers are paid once a month, on the 5th, with a R300 minimum that rolls over if you are not there yet. Nobody ever pays anything to become a referrer.

Kodes

Codes

'n Kode is vir jou eie gebruik. Dit werk sonder internet en sonder 'n rekening, wat beteken dit werk op 'n eerlikheidsgrondslag — deel jy dit rond, kos dit die persoon wat die app gebou het direk geld. Herverkopers koop blokke kodes en verkoop hulle wettig; dis 'n ander ding.

A code is for your own use. It works without internet and without an account, which means it works on the honour system — passing it around costs the person who built the app money directly. Resellers buy blocks of codes and sell them legitimately; that is a different thing.
